The Cloud received one of the lowest marks in our tests of quality because it has a flimsy seat, made of hard plastic, and a design which feels dated. It's also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. This is a bad choice for those looking for a budget option.

It's not the tiniest stroller, but it's got enough features to be worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make it easy to navigate it on flat surfaces. It also allows you to jump curbs with ease. The Cloud's low, nearly knee-high handle has a disadvantage. It's not adjustable and it's not adjustable. It's uncomfortable to push with your legs dangling in the air like that and it's not helping that it's not cushioned.

In our tests, we discovered the Cloud to be simple to open and set up. It's a little more challenging to close, however; you have to slide a slider before you push a large white button to cause it to collapse. This can be a hassle especially if you're trying to manage children while doing it.

The Cloud comes with a small but deep storage basket that will fit a medium diaper bag. If you're seeking a stroller which is lightweight but also loaded with features look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just lightweight at just 13 lbs but also has plenty of storage space, including cup holders for the parent and child as well as a sippy-cup pouch for children as well as a pocket for storage for parents and so on. This stroller is also compatible with a child's seat and features a flip-flop-friendly brake that is easily engaged. This stroller is designed to expand along with your child. Contrary to other strollers with side-by-side seating this one Kooper X2 offers a fully reclined seat that's a great option for napping. Its recline feature is simple to use, but it's not a perfect flat. Children who are taller may have legs hanging out when in reclined mode. It also features a large canopy that we found to be better at blocking out the sun than other strollers in our top double strollers review.

The stroller is light enough to easily move through door frames which was a major issue for us with some other models we tried. It folds quickly and the handlebars are close to the ground for easy carrying. The only downside is the small storage space. When it's full of kids' stuff, it feels squeezed.
