The TAVO is a great option for parents who want to save money. However it's not the best option if you need an adjustable or bassinet seat. It's only able to be oriented only one way, and does not come with any accessories, such as a bassinet stand or rain cover. If you're looking to add something more then the MIXX Next is a better choice since it can accommodate all of these things.

The TAVO has a built-in suspension system called Free-flex that allows you to travel anywhere, and even take your child from the car to the curb. The spacious, luxurious seat lets baby kick back and relax or go off to dreamland. Parents will also enjoy the compact fold-away wheel and MagneTech Secure Snap.

The Cybex Gazelle is easy to maneuver and lightweight, making it ideal for parents who love to explore. It has a big storage basket as well as a variety of attachments that allow parents to carry groceries or light shopping. A minimalist frame stroller, the Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in and a large storage bin. It's one of the lightest twin strollers available. It weighs 24 lbs without attachments for infant car seats, which is on the lighter side for a double stroller. It is a bit heavier than the UPPAbaby Vista V2 Double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 in 1 car seat stroller Double.

The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide and is easy to use. It snaps together quickly and is road-ready in less than 10 minutes. It does not have a canopy built in, so you will have to bring your own sunshades to your children if they want extra protection from the elements.

Through our testing during our testing, we discovered the Roo+ to maneuver well for a dual stroller. It can navigate most terrains, but has trouble in grassy areas and on gravel. It can be difficult to steer over and up curbs that are 1 inch in height. We wouldn't recommend using this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does have a great suspension to minimize bumps for passengers.

The Roo+ has a large storage bin under the seat, but it's difficult to access without removing infant car seats. This is a common issue twin frame strollers commonly face, but Joovy has an underseat baby carrier to help solve this issue.

In contrast to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have self-standing folds or cup holders. It's a small price to pay for the car storage and seat compatibility, however we'd rather have an option with more flexibility. The flexibility of its seating configuration is a benefit, however it allows parents to mount their infant car seats facing in opposite directions or in the same direction to better suit their requirements.

5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

The Delta Children LX Side by Side scored a high score for both the weight and fold size, making it the best value in our double umbrella stroller review.
