The tyres, that are inflatable and need to be pumped regularly and have a suspension built-in. This was extremely comfortable for my kids.

Another thing to consider is the size of the seat and shape. You'll want it to be big enough for your child's comfort. You will also require it to recline so that they can lie flat. Certain three-wheel buggies have the option of reclining completely, while others allow an adult facing one.

The only drawback to this great mobility is that the 3 wheel buggy's larger wheels do sometimes mean that it will struggle in tight spaces, something to keep in mind if you live in a city area. If this is a problem, a 4-wheeled buggy may be the better choice for you.
