iRobot That Vacuums and Mops in Your Home

It uses a camera and PrecisionVision to identify things like cords, shoes toys, pet waste and other items so that it can avoid them or go around them when cleaning. This worked well in our tests and we were amazed by the amount of pet waste it did not which is a huge deal.

When the iRobot is done vacuuming or mopping, it goes back to its dock, and empty its dirt compartment into an internal trash bag that iRobot states won't require change for a long time. The iRobot then returns its dock and resumpts the job it was doing before returning. The iRobot bin-full sensor can cause it to return to the dock even if the bin is not full.

The base of the combo mop/vacuum has an incredibly small dust and water container that is able to be removed. It holds two Bona cleaning solutions or their own version. It fills up by tapping on the bottom. You can also program the bot to notify you when it's low on water.
